平素より当会の運営にご協力頂き心より感謝申し上げます。

 

◇この度、新型コロナウイルス変異株の感染拡大を受けまして、当会への参加要領を下記の通りと致しました。此れもひとえに皆様の安全を守るためでございますので、ご高覧の上ご理解頂けますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。

尚、入室の際にアンケートを取らさせて頂き、ご記入の内容によってはPCR検査の要請をさせて頂く場合がございます事お含みおき頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

 

 

1.当会会場への来場をご遠慮頂きます。

・コロナウイルスに感染した方及び保健所より濃厚接触者と判断された方

PCR検査の陰性証明が出た場合にはこの限りではありません。

但し、PCR検査の陰性証明書は、陽性者との最終接触日より5日目以降のものとさせて頂き、感染が疑われる陽性者との接触日から14日間が経過している事。

・コロナウイルス感染について、自覚症状がある方

 

２．当会会場への来場をご遠慮頂く場合がございます。

・感染者もしくは感染の疑いがある方と接触された方

・感染者もしくは感染の疑いのある方と同一のイベントに参加された方

※下見予約の際及び来場時に確認させて頂き、当社の判断に依って来場をお断りする場合がございます。

　　

◇継続して次の予防措置を講じますので、ご理解、ご協力のほど宜しくお願い申し上げます。

・入場の際には、アルコール消毒、マスクの着用をお願い致します。

・入場前、及び入場後1時間おきに検温させて頂きます。37.5度以上の場合には、入室をご遠慮して頂きます。

・入場の際に直近のイベントへの参加状況・感染者との接触状況等のアンケートにご記入をお願い致します。

・会場内では常にマスクを着用の上、ソーシャルディスタンスを保ち、私語をお控えください。

 

お客様には大変ご不便をおかけしますが、感染拡大防止に何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い致します。

The procedure for participating in the auction is as follows.

This is also to protect the safety of everyone, so we appreciate your understanding after viewing it.

We will take a questionnaire when you enter the room. From the contents of entry, we may make a request of PCR

 

1. Please refrain from visiting the venue.

・ Those who are infected with coronavirus or who are judged to have close contact with the health center

This does not apply if the PCR test gives negative evidence.

However, it is assumed that the negative certificate of the PCR test is 5 days or later from the date of the last contact with the positive person, and 14 days have passed from the date of contact with the positive person suspected of being infected.

・ Those who have subjective symptoms of coronavirus infection

 

2.In the following cases, you may be asked to refrain from visiting the venue.

. Persons who have contact with infected or suspected infected persons.

. Those who participated in the same event as those who are infected or suspected of being infected.

 

※We will confirm it when you make a preview reservation and when you visit the venue, but in some cases we may refuse to visit you at our discretion.
